Privacy Notice (KVKK / GDPR)

1. Data controller

2. What we process

Site visits: IP address, browser and device data, pages visited, the ad or link you came from (UTM, gclid, fbclid). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.

WhatsApp contact: when you tap a WhatsApp button we store a reference code, the section you tapped, the time and, from the booking form, your dates and number of guests. Your name and phone number are not collected by the website; they are processed on WhatsApp when you write to us.

Bookings: identity, contact and payment details you give through the booking engine, and identity details required by Turkish law during your stay.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing bookings and stays (contract), legal reporting duties (legal obligation), answering requests, measuring service quality and site security (legitimate interest).

Analytics and marketing cookies and ad measurement rely only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

4. Transfers

Data is shared only as needed with our hosting (Vercel), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta), messaging (WhatsApp/Meta) and booking-engine providers. Some servers are outside Türkiye; transfers use the safeguards required by law.

5. Retention

WhatsApp request records up to 2 years; Google Analytics data 14 months; stay records as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or deletion, object, and request compensation. Write to no11kisisel@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.
